W. KaNeesha Allen holds a Masters of Science in Psychology and is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist-Associate. She believes therapy should feel collaborative, affirming and grounded in who you actually are. Her approach centers emotional safety, cultural attunement, and genuine connection, with attention to how language and personal narratives shape meaning. She meets each client as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
With more than 20+ years of combined experience across education, nonprofit leadership, community engagement and crisis intervention, KaNeesha brings a rare understanding of how relationships, identity and the systems around us shape our well-being.
She also brings the heart and perspective of a proud AuDHD mom, which strengthens her appreciation for neurodiversity and the many ways people experience and move through the world.
Outside the therapy room, KaNeesha is an avid reader, thrift store shopper and curious traveler.
